Rainbowbasics offers you a number of payment methods (depending on your country of residence). All methods are being handled by our third party specialist Triple Deal Payment Services:
Within the Netherlands:
- bank transfer: You have to take care of the payment yourself by wiring the money to TripleDeal. As soon as we have received your money we will process your order. Be aware that this process takes more time!
- IDEAL: iDEAL is a standard method for online payments within the Netherlands. By using TripleDeal we will start processing your order the same day.
- Mastercard, VISA, American Express: This is internationally probably the most used way for online payments. After a successful credit card payment Rainbowbasics will start to process your order the same day.
Other countries: Rainbowbasics (Triple Deal) supports local payments methods applicable for the country you live in. Triple Deal will show you all possible payment methods for your country. Creditcards (Mastercard, VISA, Amex) are accepted globally.
Back to the questions Is it safe to order online?
At Rainbowbasics we strive to be a secure as possible. We have therefore selected a well known payment provider (Triple Deal) to handle payments. During the payment process all you communication will be encrypted using a so called Secure Socket Layer system.
What is the delivery time?
Rainbowbasics always aims to ship your order within 5 working days after we have received your payment. Expedite orders will be shipped within 2 days. Take into account that shipping time depends on where you are located (Rainbowbasics is based in the Netherlands).
Does Rainbowbasics anywhere?
Yes we do! Just fill in where the we have to ship your purchase to and we will make sure it gets there!
Can I send the gift directly to the person I’ve bought it for?
Of course! Just enter the address of the person you would like to have the gift shipped to! This can be anywhere in the World. Don’t forget to add a gift card to the gift!
I work during the day, how do I get my purchase delivered?
Rainbowbasics aims to offer a selection of products that fits (most) mailboxes. For each product we indicate whether this is the case. We always try to package your purchases in such a way to minimize the burden of at the door delivery. However sometimes we need to make a package anyhow. Most delivery services notify you where to pick-up such packages in the case you are not at home.
What is personalization? What is a logo?
Rainbowbasics’s products can be personalized for anyone. We do not only print a name or word on the product that you purchase but we also have a wide variety of designer logos. Are logos are created in such a way that the name, birthday, initials or whatever you like will be integrated into the logo. The combination of words and logo will be printed on the product that you have chosen.
How can I chose a product and/or personalize it?
We have a four step proces in which you chose your product, logo style and personalize the combination of both:
Step 1: Chose a product
You can chose a product in two ways:
- Chose a category at the home page. You will arrive at a product overview page of the product category that you have chosen.
- Direct, just chose a picture at the home page
Next, chose a logo style of your liking. Next you can chose the color of the product and logo.
Step 3: Chose the colors
On the basis of your product and logo choice we offer you a variety of color combinations out which you can make a choice.
Step 4: Enter personal details
Next, you will have to enter the text and / or details applicable for the combination that you have chosen. This varies by selection
What is the quality of the logo print?
At Rainbowbasics we use the most modern materials and printing processes. By doing so we ensure that our logo printing process ensures that the logos will be printed permanently on the products. (Our stickers are made using a different process and therefore removable). De print is very durable and washable (if applicable). We use a bright and full color scheme for the logos. We will put the print at fashionable locations on our products (so not just right in the center for example).
Can I put the textile products in the washing machine?
Of course you can! We advise you to wash our textile products at a maximum of 40°C or 104°F and to avoid using a dryer. In addition we strongly recommend you the wash clothes inside out and to iron the logo from the inside after washing. Never iron the the logo from the outside!
How do I know whether the name or words fit in the logo?
Rainbowbasics’s logo collection has been created in such a way that we allow a wide variety of words. However, if you wish to have a part of the requested data not to be printed in the logo (for example some logos require a birth place) please fill in a “-“ and we will skip that data.
Can I use my own logo design?
You can always chose your own text in our logo's. However, our standard set of logos are tailored for our products. If you would like to have your own logo printed, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
